She has worked with organizations such as the Jamal Foundation and Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), where she led high-impact projects focused on education, women’s empowerment, water and sanitation, and disaster relief.

Miss Barirah is master's in business administration. Prior to joining Uplift, she worked as finance manager at Analytics. She has vast experience of managing grants and successfully completed many development projects.
FALAK SAJID
Manager Grants
Miss Falak is a law graduate with over five years of experience in grant management in Analytics. She has successfully overseen the full grant lifecycle, using data-driven tools to enhance reporting accuracy, ensure donor compliance, and optimize fund utilization. Her legal background makes her a key asset in ensuring transparent and effective program delivery.
